Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in network with a wide range of dental insurance plans, including Aetna PPO, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna PPO, DenteMax, Dominion National, Guardian, GEHA, Humana, Lincoln Financial, Medicare, Metlife, Paramount, Principal, Sun Life, United Concordia, and United Healthcare PPO. We also accept Medicare.

What do I need for my first appointment?
Please remember to bring the following to your first visit:
- Any X-rays from an earlier dentist (if applicable)
- A valid form of ID
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- A list of any health concerns, ongoing issues, and past surgeries
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable)
